Electrical Designing & Detailing
Prepare the detailed drawings for execution such as:
a) Mark the location of points such as Light Points, Ceiling Fan points, Exhaust Fan Points, Half Points, Independents Socket Points, Power Points, T.V. Point, Tel. Points, Bell Points etc.
b) Show the control of point from switch boards.
c) Decide the location of Distribution boards & number of outgoing circuits.
d) According to the given load prepare the Single Line Diagram.
e) Detailed Single Line Diagram showing the size of circuit mains, sub mains, rating of MCB, main MCB / RCCB, type of Distribution Boards etc.
f) Single Line Diagram of Main L.T. panels complete showing the ratings of switch gears, Bus bars ampere ratings complete with other the internal accessories.
Design the cable sizes, cable routes & type of cables which is to be used for the trouble free operation of the given Equipment / Machinery load.
Design the substation details according to the our load requirement & site conditions
Decide the ratings & type of transformers which is to be suit for our requirements.
11 KV equipment details ( H.T. Meter , AB Switch, D.O. Fuse L.A.).
Designing of Earthing Stations as per the IE rules, consider site soil condition & type of load used on site.
